Sometimes we may not be able to update our stock levels in time to meet demand. In such case the sender will be contacted before providing a replacement.
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery the gift will be left in a safe spot at the address unless otherwise specified. The recipient or sender will be contacted to let them know. If both are uncontactable the flowers will be returned to the studio. If re-delivery is required it will be at an additional cost. Both sender and recipient must be over 18 years old. Please note that a person over 18 years old must be home to recieved this gift.
