The style selected will be captured keeping in mind the aesthetic of the arrangement.

Cancellations and changes are only accepted if 48-hour notice is given by replying to the confirmation email or the Contact Us form.
As flowers are perishable items, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if you are unsatisfied, please do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone; we will gladly help.
If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery the flowers will be left in a safe spot at the address unless otherwise specified. The recipient or sender will be contacted to let them know. If both are uncontactable the flowers will be returned to the studio. If re-delivery is required it will be at an additional cost.
